Plans vary by how many videos you can make each month. Starter is great for getting started; Author and Studio are for authors who want to post consistently.
From 1 October, yes — up to a point. Whatever you don't use carries into the next month, up to a maximum of half your monthly allowance. On a 10-credit plan that means you can carry at most 5; if you only left 3 unused, you keep all 3.
Carried credits last 60 days, and your new credits are always spent first, so what you've carried is the last thing to run down. Anything you carried over before 1 October keeps its old terms — no limit, no expiry. Carried credits don't survive cancelling.
We cap it because credits are a promise of render time. If everyone saves up forever and then cashes in at once, the queue slows down for everyone.
